exercising fever!

im impressed with myself!

i actually had the initiative to walk and jog around Bedok Reservoir today!
its my second time there as im such a lazy BUM, always choose to stay indoor and play squash and badminton.

anyways, its a good start for wiwi, soof and me.
its our first attempt to jog there so we decided to walk first b4 we know our way.

its a 4 KM journey, the moment we start jogging theres no way for you to back out.
is either u U turn or continue running.
it somehow remind me of the days during secondary school, we always go MacRitchie for cross country.

- actually i choose to run is not because i want to win a medal, but its more of to see if im physically fit. currently im not. =((

there were lots ppl exercising there.

the reason why 3 of us love being there is because of the breezy weather, nice environment and also..
MACHOS and CUTIES!!!

sometimes we girls can be as pervertic as than guys!!

as usual, after spending 2 hours at reservoir, we had a shower and rushed to IT sch for cooling ice kachang!!
its really shiok ! the sensation down ur throat and into ur stomach. WOW!

twice per week to reservoir is our next target!
